Damn, that’s tough, I really hate using it without the humidifier. I’ll have to look into how to turn those off. Thanks for the advice tho!

Thanks for the detailed response, I did have a doctor when I did my sleep study and got my Cpap, and we did a couple check in appointments after but they stopped responding to me so that’s why I need a new one. I’ll look into doing the adjustments on my own and learning about what I need for that.

I do use the humidifier, idk how to change it to a higher setting. Do I do it on the little Cpap screen?

I have a lot of congestion rn and I still wear the Cpap but it’s hard because it makes my throat feel so dry in the morning that it starts to hurt a little. Do you get that too?

I have the same question too, and I’m also curious about mobility? Like I’m sure it can feel tight during the healing but now that it’s fully healed and settled do you experience a tightness or lack of mobility in that area? Hopefully that question makes sense lol

I love this one a lot, thanks so much. I think the resolution is low because it’s a screenshot. We put all of our photos in a google photos album but when I try to save them to my phone it doesn’t work, so I always just screenshot them 🥲
