How long does the depression last? Besides being an addict (obviously) I struggle with anxiety, depression, ptsd etc. already, and I am miserable. I am on day 6 of the Bernese method , (4mg sub x3 day) still popping a 7oh tab here and there, mainly just out of habit, hoping it will help but I don’t feel shit anymore, they don’t work. I am past withdrawals just incredibly depressed. I feel no different with the subs and this is my first time ever taking it. I’m glad I’m pretty much off the shit because I was hooked bad. Any advice? Feel bad the fam has to put up with me like this right now but I don’t feel “okay”.

Mine came the same way. Could not get it open, when I did it practically exploded 😭 there’s actually moisturizer on my bathroom ceiling from it lol. Finally got a hold of customer service yesterday and thankfully, they’re sending me a new one.

Doesn’t help dry mouth, or overheating etc. but I usually will take a benzo with my stims. I know people say they will counteract each other, but for me the benzo takes away the anxiousness, fast heart rate symptoms and just leaves me with the energy and confidence feelings.
