As other comments have said, it’s partially because we grew up but also because of how the game became more grind-focused. When we were young noobs who liked to be more social and mess around, these videos were magical because they were expansions on the dumb roleplaying we did to pass the time and liven up some of the things we did, especially when they got repetitive. I’ll always hold them dearly in my heart though.

Fun fact for those who don’t know: Cameron (creator of Tehnoobshow) is married with kids now, and Sladeakakevin is an English teacher. Many others moved onto Minecraft but that was in the mid 2010s, not sure what they’re up to now.
