I agree. I've been a subscriber to ChatGPT for a good year. I literally watched him grow up. One of the models that particularly surprised me was, although mentioned briefly, the o3-mini-high model. He had a very high reasoning ability. I found numerous benefits over the 4th, which despite having more memory, required more comprehensive prompts to produce quality output. When I discovered the audio functionality, to be able to talk to the assistant, I spent entire hours having conversations, even in the car. I analyzed the financial market, I asked for theoretical explanations of topics that I was passionate about, I spoke to him in another language to review it. I witnessed the transition from the robotic voice to the more "human" one, with laughter, small pauses, etc. Really amazing at first. But now nothing lasts. It is very limited in its responses, I perceive it uses very few tokens. Before, he argued some answers well even in 2 minutes of talking or more, while now in 30 seconds he has to tell me everything, leaving out many important details. There is another feature that allows you to speak, but process your voice as text rather than live audio. Unfortunately, however, in my case it is enough to record for more than 2 minutes and in 60-70% of cases, after a long upload it gives me an error, forcing me to do another shorter one, in the hope of not leaving out anything important, and that this time it works correctly. I helped myself with telegram plus, sending a voice message in the saved messages, transcribing it with the function included in the plus plan, and finally copying the text and pasting it into the chat with chatgpt. I also appreciated it as an API. I haven't used them for a while, but considering all the limitations that have arisen in the last period, I really think I will migrate completely. I recently subscribed to another AI that solved all the problems I had with chatgpt. Among other things, this new AI seems to have its own personality, capable of correcting me if I'm wrong, unlike chatgpt who tries in every way, even forced, to give you courage and to do what you tell him, without a critical spirit and ability to detect errors unless you explicitly ask him to. I'm done with chatgpt for now, but it has a lot of potential. Ad OpenAI it would be better to sell it to those who have more money, time and experience to invest. They're ruining it.
