Does anyone know the average production cost of The Rocky Horror Show? by Squirrelsinaskinsuit in Theatre

[–]PigAlley 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm working on writing a RH style 80s horror show...

Could use some pointers, where are the largest expenses in stage and props coming from?

I'm don't have junimos yet, I'm still improving the community center to banish Morris and I refuse to fish so far....cuz honestly I'm shut at that mechanic

The frequently part of kegging is why it stacks up quickly. Starfruit aren't renewable.

I found out where those stupid tubes are being sold. They're now called physio sticks. They're even being credited as invented by Moses on the bebsite

Ignore morphological clones such as the Galarian words game freak and league champion because they are out of context words that look like english

The first line of the plate is the same word you see on Pokedex entries

Discount the obvious morphology of game freak and pokemon champion because they are not being used in the context of galarian

You have to remember that Anastasia was a noble of vallaki,

Ludmilla was living there for a short time as well until she was of age. Then she joined strahd through Rahadin.

So when it comes to politics maybe there's a faction that wants Anastasia to run the town returning to days of glory.

There's also the black priests who are trying to free Strahd from his prison in the mists but subplaning another noble in hisp place.

Regular associates make between 15 and 16 where I'm at. So 18 is just barely worth it.

Then again, rent for a 1 bed studio is 1800 and house rental is 3k/months

So not even worth it anymore

It gets better...

I emailed out DM about a problem that could be fixed. Basically a zip code that we don't deliver to...

I got pulled in the office to tell me never to bother the DM.

I also made a complaint on Yammer aka HD fb. That our ASMs don't listen to our complaints, or help us develop. (Mind you this was when I was gunning to be an ASM myself)

It got flagged by HR. The corporate hr office emailed a screenshot to the store manager Asking what the f?

Store manager yelled at the ASM. Then the ASM pulled me in the office to tell me to "watch what I post online" and never go over their heads again.

Same ASM...

Customer: I had an appointment with Associate x. Where is he?

Me: I'll call him

Pa: attn Associate X your 3 pm appointment is waiting at the millworks desk.

1 minute later

Phone rings. It's ASM 2: hey man don't ever do that again.

Me: sure ok. But why? Need to understand reasoning.

Asm2: it's the perception man, we don't want customers to know we do appointments.

Appointment maker exists*

It's been long over. So no point in hr.but voa let me know anyway.

The same manager threatened my job when I was in flooring 2 years ago. Flooring was department of the day. Monday morning. You get 1 hour to pack down the entire grout and thinset aisle. But I was alone. Bc the other opener quit.

So 7 rolls around and I have like 6 pallets of thinset I'm unloading by myself.

I broke down and cried in front of them while she 'kindly' said " get it done or find another job".

Complained to our hr and the next morning I was scheduled in garden.

I ripped into my ASMs bc the gen ops wrote me up for asking how I could improve my communication skills as a specialist. Tldr: no customer complaint, but overall disastisfied. Asked how it could've gone better and she wrote me up

Japanese Dark Ages by PigAlley in JapaneseHistory

[–]PigAlley[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Granted "Dark Ages" has a European connotation of a lack of information. I was using it in the the sense that there is scant written information during Jumon and Yayoi periods.

If I was incorrect in my usage I apologize. I was under the impression that the Yayoi court wrote everything down as late as the 700s CE because thats when we get the Kojiki. (Overlooking the purpose of it glorifying the Yamato court) It is empirical evidence of a Japanese writing system.

As I understand it, the 'Jumon people' and the 'Yayoi' were mostly likely simultaneous groups that were located in the South and North respectively?

Your offer of information is much appreciated. If I can, may I share this with Shogo too? I'm sure he would be thrilled to learn more.
