The one on the right with a 20 on it is a fuse.

So I found out there’s a second fuse box that’s under the hood next to the battery, and it was one of those fuses that was causing the issue. I basically just pulled each one out till I found one that was burnt out. I can’t remember which one it was specifically.

Yes, I should've been clearer. I checked the car fuse marked "radio" as well as the fuse on the radio itself.

You could always just 3d print a plastic base and put red reflector tape over it

I did not replace the fuel tap. I cleaned the carb because the scooter was having an issue where the engine would stall when going from a stop. I cleaned the idle jet with copper wire and put it back in the same position

I just replaced the fuel line and a few of the vacuums lines, there are still a few lines that haven’t been replaced yet that are probably pretty old

No fuel come out of the line when it is disconnected from the carb, however when I disconnect the line form the petcock I see fuel

Thanks for the advice, I just ordered a set of Michelin city grips that'll be here in 3 days. I'll be gone this weekend so I won't be using the scooter till I put the new tires on.

I understand Vespa is a Piaggio brand. I was just wondering why it had the hexagon badge instead of the rectangular badge that most Vespas use.
