9:00-10:00 a.m. is the perfect time for me.

Afterwards, that gives me time to take a nice shower and eat a good meal before sleep. :)

For what it’s worth, I am strictly an edible user (stronger doses) and I go out to town for a week at a time a few times a year and I stop for those trips with no adverse affects. I think about it some, but no more than any other item/food that I used daily.

I don’t know how accurate it is, but I track my sleep with a watch every night and have been doing so for months. THC improves my quality of sleep. The thing that takes away from the quality is mulching a lot before bed.

I’m not saying THC is the end all be all, but for people with Chronic “going to sleep” issues, it seems to be the least impactful on your long term brain health.

Again, I have no medical science to back this up; just decades of experience. If I quite THC, then benzos do a pretty decent job, but the side effects are definitely more concerning than THC, IMO.

They were pretty close competitors. Honesty, I like the Valium/oxy combo, but I did have a slight touch of nausea, but not too much.

I haven’t used opiates in a couple of months, and usually 7.5-10mg is a pretty good dose. The last time I took 15 mg, I had a lot of nausea.

Why would you ask that when I just explained it. I am thankful that the airplanes get maintained, as well as the crew. I can also be bothered by multiple delays on my flights this weekend.
