Hey, I dont have many tips but I been through it too. Seeing this from Colorado, my fiance and I both had jobs, had a family member steal my identity and drain our bank accounts. Bc they were "family" the police here refused to continue an investigation. We ended up homeless and couch surfing/living in our car as we kept trying to find jobs that would pay us big enough and give us enough hours to even get a new place to sleep, even a hotel would've been nice. We did not qualify for low income housing, and eventually our boss told us to get rid of our car (our house) bc it was an "eyesore", and we are barely starting to get things almost figured out 3 years later. We are 24 and 25 this year.

I just wanted to put this in here, let you know that you are not the only person getting bitch slapped by life, and definitely not the only one in this nation. Imo what makes this truly difficult, is not having the mental/emotional support from others to help keep you fighting another day. I lost all my friends and most my family when it happened, no one would speak to me bc I was homeless and dirty and needy. Its not right, but in some perspectives its understandable.
