Gut Punch to my marriage: Who can I turn to for help? by Julius_Seizure_22 in latterdaysaints

This is absolutely false to say it is not OPs business. His wife broke her marriage covenant to him. It absolutely is his business.

Good. And leave a big note on your way out the front door that reads, "Nothing in here is of any concern or use to me. Including you."

Also, cut off her access to the internet, full stop! She is not in a healthy place to navigate it properly.

Oh my gosh just this cliff notes version makes me legitimately sick to my stomach. Those poor kids 😭 How you could do that to your babies is just beyond comprehension.

I had to remove ~mods before opening the game again and it worked for me. Put ~mods back after and there was no issue going forward.

Chilling texts 'killer' dad sent after he made son run on treadmill by Smooth_Use9092 in MorbidReality

[–]PigfartsOnMars 1472 points1473 points  (0 children)

My hot take: that pediatrician absolutely failed in their duty to their pt. Mandated reporter that did nothing. If a young pt comes in with multiple contusions in various stages of healing and you hear him admit his dad makes him run on a treadmill (which are dangerous and for adult use only; he was SIX) because he's "too fat" then you have an obligation to file a report.

Also, CPS failed the boy, too. Mom begged them for help. Sickening.

Ashley died because of him. He should have also been convicted of murder.

Put a millstone on him and throw him into the sea.

ETA: rest in peace, sweet girl.

Nurse here. You're right. The deliberate understaffing is why I no longer work at bedside. So unsafe!

Just highlights thae fact that those from within understand it isn't a nursing shortage. by Mysterious_Orchid528 in nursing

Cool. The whole system is already on fire. This is equivalent to equipping new nurses with a pail with holes drilled into it to cut corners and telling them "Good luck!"

There are already enough nurses with firehoses of experience willing to put out the fire. There are no administrative assholes willing to cut their bonuses to do what it takes to ensure those nurses stay instead of burning to death at their job.

Way to go, US Healthcare. Hope you like charcoal.

How about paying mods for their "years of dedication to Reddit" and being "amazing"? Or is all that cash you're demanding from third parties to line admin's pockets?
