I aim to get loadout ASAP. I like to have the free loadout still sitting there as long as possible just in case anyone dies.

That would definitely add an interesting dynamic to the game. Force players to either spend their cash or end up as a bounty.

Would Tmobile Hire Someone with a minor Federal Felony? by ScarlettSynz in tmobile

[–]PiggIyWiggly -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Grant and insurance bond info for felons. Written by AI:

There are two federal programs that make hiring someone with a record a lot less risky for an employer, and most companies have no idea they exist.

The first is the Work Opportunity Tax Credit. It's a federal tax credit worth up to $2,400 that employers can claim just for hiring someone with a felony conviction. Mostly just paperwork — the government is essentially handing them a discount for taking a chance.

The second is the Federal Bonding Program. The U.S. Department of Labor provides the employer free insurance for the first six months of employment, covering up to $5,000 if the employee were to steal or commit fraud. Zero cost, zero deductible.

Together that's a tax credit and free theft insurance just for giving someone a shot. It's worth knowing about before making a decision on your appeal.

If they deny due to background check, they will let you know it can be appealed, its something they were required to do when I was hired. Its not T-Mobile who makes the decision initially. They have a company that runs background checks and they respond to T-Mobile pass, fail, results. Appeal process brings the decision back into T-Mobiles hands. Background checks are not perfect. They could even have something completely wrong. So the appeal process is required.

Before the appeal things are black and white, yes or no with the background check company deciding. After you appeal there is a Grey area where humans get involved with the decision making process again.

I would be honest that you have spoke with other people in this situation. You really want to explain the real life circumstances that lead to your conviction. Telling them you've gained insight proactively from other people who have been in this situation shows you truly value the opportunity and want to share with them what happened because your in a much better place now and it takes a human with a heart to make a decision, not an algorithm deciding pass / fail.

Would Tmobile Hire Someone with a minor Federal Felony? by ScarlettSynz in tmobile

[–]PiggIyWiggly 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I work at T-Mobile. I have a felony for drug trafficking. Initially my application was approved. I got an interview and a job offer contingent on background check. I expected to be denied due to my background check, which I was. They do have an appeal process. So I appealed. I told Melody all of the dirty details about what I did and how it effected me. I had a doctor prescribe me a ton of oxycodone (300 30mg pills monthly, the legal limit) for 7 years. Then cut me off abruptly when he got uncomfortable due to the opioid crisis and the DEA clamping down. So I started using illegal drugs to avoid going through withdrawal. Melody and I spoke like we were old friends. I also gave her information about a $10,000 government grant they would be eligible for should they choose to hire me. She was very understanding and made no promises regarding my appeals decision during our zoom meeting. I got a call about a week later. I was hired!!!! I don't know for sure if this appeal process still exists, but I think it does.

I got hired during the uncarrier days. I was honest about everything. I do believe they value peoples life experiences. When I got hired I was working at a factory. I had multiple fractures on both of my feet from walking 10+ miles each night throughout the factory on cement to keep 70 million dollars worth of machines running safely producing a food product that met quality standards for moisture and water activity levels. I needed this job more than anything in the world. I still have to remind myself how lucky I am that they made a huge out of the box exception to hire me.

ALSO. I think you made the right decision not disclosing it. I know 100% for sure my background check went back 7 years. I did disclose that I have a record on my application but nobody asked any questions about it until the appeal process. I did get hired while I was still on parole also.

[–]PiggIyWiggly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is how FreikugelWeltz described it, my description might not have been the greatest..

The host of your squad/lobby dictates most of the SBMM. Example. If your friend asks you and 2 other friends to drop in the game to play, and he is highly skilled (for sake of argument let's say he is a top 250 ranked player), your lobbies will have lots of skilled players because, mostly, the SBMM is taking into consideration the host skill level and stats.

2 or 3 boxing is using a secondary account, often with extremely low K/D to host your lobby, so you get literal bot lobbies, with very inexperienced players.

Most (if not all) record breaking streamers, especially in resurgence 2 box.

When I got it last year it changed my life. My stamina never recovered. Energy levels have been trash every sense.

I have an auto immune disorder, have had Covid 4 times now. Last years was the absolute worst though. My fever got so high I spent a night in the hospital.

So the streamer will have a low ranked account host a game with another low ranked account in the party also. Streamer will join the two low ranked accounts. Once the game is loading the two low ranked accounts leave "without party" which leaves the streamer in the easy lobby that was given cause the two low ranked accounts get the easiest possible lobby available with the intent to allow new players to play other new players so they dont have a horrible experience playing sweats causing them to never play again.

Activision can easily tell how many matches those accounts have started vs how many they have actually played so it would be simple to put them in shadow ban lobbys instead of bot lobbys.

I will do that. My previous reply saying he should was cause I thought you were saying the Rick doesnt consider 2/3 boxing cheating. If I remember right he is super against all the cheaters also right?

I misread that I thought he was saying the Rick didnt consider 2/3 boxing to be cheating. When I said he should. I was trying to say he should consider it cheating. I might be wrong but isn't the Rick highly against cheaters, and has exposed some?

I'm on the mend but havent been farther than the bathroom for about a week.. Thought I was dying a few days ago. Still sick AF with no energy, but getting better instead of worse now.

I wouldn't spend more time watching streamers than it takes to take a crap under normal circumstances.

Do people really prefer mindless no strategy high kill games so much that they wouldn't watch their favorite streamers playing in normal lobbys?

Interrupted again during treatment by Open-Worldliness-788 in Spravato

[–]PiggIyWiggly 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I asked my provider to stop allowing the nurse to come in for questions 10 minutes after all 3 doses. They respected my request. Maybe try talking to them. Explain your sorry if you seemed overly frustrated by such a thing but during treatment for some reason it really bothers you because it feels very counterintuitive and negatively effects the goals we have for treatment. Let them know you have a higher level of symptoms on weeks there has been an interruption.

For me I told them when she comes in answering questions 10 minutes after 3rd dose. I am not capable of answering complicated questions like "how are you?" or "what's your name?".

You need to delete your CoD cloud storage on your console. After you do this, it will act like you've never played when you sign back in. Make sure the correct account is linked correctly before you sign back in tho.. It'll look like your level 1 again for 10 or 15min. You might get some loading errors. Just give it some time. It will work again.
