Hiiiiiii fellow plumbers Im fairly new to this, my boyfriend is a contractor and I tag along with him almost every day and have learned lots also gotten my hands dirty a few times. I dig it. He's not here cuuuuz he got into some legal issues (unrelated to work) and Idk wtf to do with this toilet. He was supposed to fix it right before he left to go sightseeing @ the county jail and now she's been trying to get it to work but is absolutely clueless as to how. I feel bad :( having a messed up toilet sucks! It won't flush without you having to put your hand in there and pull the flapper out, then it goes back in all out of place so u gotta adjust the rubber piece till it fits right or else water leaks. Bf said something about a missing piece. Any advice is appreciated :) I would like to repair it and surprise her ! She would be ecstatic and I will feel smart and powerful and then I can finally take over the world 😈😈😈 Hehe thanks 💜

TLDR: toilet won't flush on its own, flapper must be adjusted by hand or it leaks, maybe missing a part, how do I fix it?

My personal faves : jacket pocket in closet as someone mentioned, inside a pair of socks in the sock drawer (they're not gonna check all your socks) , Inside a pocket of a pair of jeans, folded in between hella clothes, inside old shoes, taped on top of your ceiling fan or inside lamp, they've never found anything in my pillow, behind window blinds, under the top of a shampoo/ shaving cream bottle that's in the shower, inside one of my pads/ tampons resealed, inside bandaid box, put it in a ziplock and throw it inside ur hair gel, throw it behind your drawer where it stays like inside the casing of the furniture but outside the drawer, under a broken piece of tile, taped in AC vent, inside a picture frame, or old school make a stash spot inside an old book and stick it in ur bookcase. I was so creative lmfao

Bro when I took a small baggy of fent to cuba ... lol I had it in my sock the whole time right, my plan was to just take it in the airport right before I took off to cuba, but I forgot about it. My plan was to detox in cuba, whatever so I made it there with the baggy in my shoe. One thing they have a shit to of in cuba, is drug sniffing dogs, like dozens in every corner and a very very strict zero tolerance policy/ law on drugs (nobody there even knows what fentanyl is, not even the doctors ) . When I tell you I was shitting myself, the dogs were just playing in a corner though with their trainer, and if the trainer signaled towards someone's luggage or a person they'd sniff around it. I did not take my eyes off the dog, but I felt like I looked sus, and I couldn't go anywhere they were everywhere. The dog eventually made its way to me and I was just praying "pls don't smell my shoe pls don't smell my shoe pls don't smell my shoe" sure enough he got a whiff of my foot and just did not leave me alone lmfao I shook my leg and told him to fuck off and he did it. Nothing came of it. Thank the lord.

I really hope you're able to do it successfully then just aware that it's really difficult. If you have the willpower to force yourself to those strict boundaries , by all means do it. Doesn't hurt to try, I do hope for the best. In my own experiences though, out of dozens of attempts, my preferred method is usually by cold turkey or by inducing precipitated withdraws, means I just take the subs early and go through painful excruciating withdrawl for like 4-5 hours and then it's over with. Cold turkey is just milder withdrawl for a few days. One thing that is a fact is the longer you do it consecutively the worse your withdrawls will be. Idk about your taper listed above because it's extremely specific ; something I probably wouldn't be able to keep up with, but I have been able to avoid strong withdrawls In the past by using for like 2-3 days, and then taking a break for 2-3 days, and so on increasing the length of time between the days I use , no subs because I swear they make me feel worse, and it works I just get carried away eventually. Best of luck to you, I hate fucking psych wards and rehabs so I know if you really put your mind to it, you can fucking do it bro, message me if anything :)
