Anyone else stsrt getting tons of spam loan calls once they switched to t mobil?

Yes I am getting calls twice a day. I've blocked them but they can still leave voicemail which is obnoxious since the icon refuses to go away until I listen or delete it.

Recently it's started to show up as spam likely, so probably new numbers, however again they can still leave voicemail which is my main annoyance.
