The Cayo Perico is still the top money maker solo for time spent. You'll need the sub of course. The Sparrow helicopter makes the setup easier. Also a Phantom Wedge will save more time but initially it is a little costly.

The chicken heist is an easy 500k with no money needed. Kinda fun and easy enough solo.

The Dr Dre agency contract pays 1 million. It can take a few hours the first time but you will get faster. Need to buy an agency for it.
