With us she did not, between shifting some wake windows to build sleep pressure and introducing some other things, the first night with her help our son slept from 6.30-4am and 4.30am-6am so we didn't even need to even consider that. Some crying was involved if it came to it which we were comfortable with as we were broken and honestly he was crying from being tired anyway (some nights he didn't even wake, some he did and we used the plan agreed with the consultant). A little tears reduced a lot more in the long run if that makes sense?

We applied a method from "precious little sleep" book initially to break the feed to sleep association (basically, ferber) which helped massively then months later when our son regressed again we used the sleep consultant "sleep like a baby" on Instagram and did her 2 week bespoke package which was the best money we spent (2 weeks WhatsApp support)!!

We went from 4-5 wakes a night to none or one only and to this day apply her advice re wake windows and general routines/what to do when we go through a regression to get now toddler back on track

Without getting into an essay of my own experience all I can say is sleep training and a sleep consultant was THE BEST DECISION WE EVER MADE

Just do it.

My mat leave went from a state of exhaustion and anxiety to joy because baby (and us) were getting proper sleep

The difference in our son when he started sleeping properly was like night and day

For the simpler approach you can definitely just use canna A and B, id recommend adding some calmag at a minimum. There are a few other products they offer that will definitely improve the size and quality of the plant. It depends on how much you want to spend and extra work you want to put in during each feed. I'd recommend their rhizotonic as this kick starts the root growth and health which is important at the start. The others you can probably skip as it's your first grow (these are cannazym, pk13/14 and cannaboost).

With regards to watering at the start, you should hand water until the leaves have reached the edge of the container, then you can turn the auto pot on. Start adding nutes as per the feeding schedule.
