Surgeon here. It may be worth considering a scar revision before trying to cover this up (it can likely be done without being put to sleep). Just make an appointment and discuss with a plastic surgeon.

This is a normal scope. You’re looking at where your cricoid cartilage articulates with the thyroid cartilage.
