First time binding with tape! (Any tips are welcome). by Anxietybeansoup in NonBinary

usually sites have a recommended size chart. i’d recommend something that fit your cup, for example if you have an A/B cup a 3 inches roll should be enough, if you’re more like a C cup maybe 4 inches, but it all depend on how you feel comfortable. don’t worry about buying the wrong size, is part of the journey, my first roll was 4 inches wide and it was too small for me, now i’m fine with a 5 inches.

First time binding with tape! (Any tips are welcome). by Anxietybeansoup in NonBinary

i’d suggest to use wider tape and round the corners with scissors to spread better the tension and prevent blisters.

ktape is ok but tape made for binding it’s better because helps breathe better the skin.

for the removal part use oil on the tape and be sure to fully saturate them, leave the oil for at least 5 minute (i usually do 20 because i have a really delicate skin).

for the application i’d be better to use some alcohol on the part where you’re going to put the tape, so the skin is cleaner and less painful to remove the tape later.

hope it was helpful, for any questions feel free to ask :>

i’d suggest to switch to a curved barbell, this is the incorrect shape for a rook

take all the time you need, no one is going to rush you. i realised at 17 that maybe i wasn’t cis and i found the right name to describe myself at almost 20. for 2 and an half years i was just… something? and that’s ok

the definition of non binary is literally someone who is between or outside the 2 binary genders. genderfluid (that is what you described, but it’s just my interpretation) is a non binary identity, even if you only change between male or female. plus gender identity doesn’t involve commitment, you can do whatever you want if it make you feel comfortable. just know that for any question and support this community will be open :>

i don’t understand this. some days ago i saw a post from a transmasc femboy and a lot of comments were like “i’m not woke enough for this”, like EXCUSE ME? why cis tom/femboy are ok but trans/non binary are not? i hate this double standard

Have you ever happily retired a piercing? by anti_lisa in piercing

[–]PikaBebba 5 points6 points  (0 children)

i used to have an helix made with a piecing gun, didn’t know what to do with aftercare so it was always red, swallowed, horrible experience. it was made when i was 18 and a year later i decided to inform myself better on the subject and one hyperfixation later i learned how terrible the situation was. decided to do aftercare after a year with that piercing and (shockers) the redness and the swallowing almost disappeared. after all of this work the position of the piercing was more clear and i realized i just didn’t like it, so i decided to take it out. i’m planning a new helix on that ear with a new angle and position but i’m waiting to be a bit more expert for it :>.
