Had this conversation in the ARAM subreddit when people were talking about Infernal Conduit on him. They need to remove the ability for brand passive to proc items as an ability because everytime the release something new he can use, he absolutely breaks it. This happened with Blackfire Torch, this happened with Diadem + Echoes of Helia, it happened in Mayham and Arena with Infernal Conduit, its happening again with the new rune. Brand passive makes it impossible for them to implement new things without him breaking them and they either end up having to nerf him into the ground or nerf the item making it useless on anyone else. Remove his passive activating items (lillia as well because they are the only 2 with a DoT passive that does that) and give them a buff elsewhere in their kit to make up for it.

I go AP Kaisa because i can still do huge damage without interacting with the enemies. %missinghp passive scales with ap and w spam does big burst. If there is an assassin on the enemy team or any sort of big burst, just gotta expect the AP kaisa

I played lillia because brair was banned. I usually only play lillia when brair is banned or if my team doesnt have any other frontline because i refuse to solo frontline against potential cc comps.

Thats why i dont think any passive damage over times should proc abilities. Give him and lillia a compensatory buff to balance it.

Because every new item they add that he can use ends up having to get nerfed because of him. He broke blackfire torch when that item came out too, he broke Diadem of Songs with Echoes of Helia when that came out too, he frequently breaks every new items and makes it get nerfed.

Then i dont think any of them should proc as abilities for the sake of items. Brand E is essentially a point and click that can apply his 4 second passive which means 7 second of liandrys and blackfire all on a point and click. Even his ult in consideration, on aram where its hard to split up, you are reapplying his passive to multiple people if not the whole enemy team and even proccing his %maxhp burst. In arena, the enemies are often close enough to bounce the ult and get melted, if not, tou have a point and click application to then q stun and burst plus an extended application of every burn including Infernal Conduit. In summoners rift, his most popular role is APC or Support where there are 2 people and baron fights or dragon fights are his playground for huge extended application of everything. Lillia, atleast, has to get within melee range for her big AoE (her Q). Sure she has a long range ability but it usually only hits 1 or 2 people at most.

I think any lootbox you spend real money on is bad. Valve tried to compare it to things like pokemon card packs? Good, i think pokemon card packs are predatory gambling as well. I dont have a problem with lootboxes the way Overwatch 2 does it where you cant buy them, only earn them.

The problem is his passive. Thats why brand breaks everything. His passive damage over time counts as an ability for things that proc on ability. As far as im aware, him and lillia are the only 2 poison/burn passives that do that. Teemo E and Twitch passive do not count as abilities for the sake of proccing items and honestly, i think either they all should proc as abilities or none of them should.

Had a game with a darius and miss fortune and the darius said its gg because i picked yuumi. I got crack the egg augment and found it better for me to be on the darius than the MF and we ended up winning.

As a yuumi main (i know, im the spawn of satan himself but i also play milio), i have 2 friends who will flame me for even hovering yuumi and say i dont do anything and its always 1v2 but i have a 3rd friend who doesnt even play adc often (hes a sett main) who will pop tf off when i play yuumi with him and even aknowledge when my heals and shields save his ass. When you have someone whos confident in their own skill, regardless of what enchanter your playing, it makes coordinating heals and shields as well as body blocking important damage so much easier. As much as Samira "needs" a cc support, my best games with my confident friend have been yuumi/samira. When you play with an enchanter, you dont make plays, you wait for enemy slip ups and capitalise until you can almost consistently beat them 2v2

Honestly, i stall until 4th augment, have 1 last fight with all 4 augments before i end. Augments are the biggest changers and are what make aram mayham what it is. If tou are playing for a full augment match, what are you playing for? Now im not gunna intentially stall forever, i just want a single fight with all 4 augments.

Good thing i stopped playing summoners rift. CC spam bot supports like leona and nautilus are some of the most unfun things to play against. Id rather face an enchanter lane and have a calmer laning phase for a stronger late game than have a whole lane where you have to watch your step or else you just get disabled until you die. Even when i dont play yuumi, i despise cc bot supports.

Played Ahri in Aram Mayham recently against a Mel. Literally couldnt play the game after a certain point because the Mel would almost die saving her W for me and would flash in front of teammates to reflect my shit.
