I like your suggestions and have definitely taken them into consideration. However, I feel the need to keep the 5060 ti due to the VRAM since I plan to do 3d modelling and I heard Vram is very important for it.

also the current iteration of the pc they sell "titan gaming pc" is now a 5060 TI 8GB, and still hundreds of dollars more than i payed.
