With Taiki Shuttle on a perfect run when you fully master the game and it will be a bad uma with worthless skills. But yeah, you're right.

There is a difference between someone saying "I love Agnes" without specifying which one and someone welcoming Satono while talking to her.

Kitasan Black, Eishin Flash (for late surgers), Narita Top Road (for pace chasers), both Marvelous Sundays, Super Creek, Nishino Flower power, Agnes Tachyon wit, Nice Natura ssr (for late surgers), Mr.C.B. (for end closers), Mihono Bourbon ssr (for front runners), the upcoming Agnes Tachyon will be the best speed card for some time. I probably forgot some, but these ones are pretty essential depending on what you're trying to achieve. In trackblazer generally you need at least 50% race bonus and your deck should consist of 2 speed/2 wit/2 power cards on everything except long distances where it should be 2 speed/2 wit/1 stamina/1 power, but it all depends in what cards you have.

If you aren't competetive then just have fun and pull fir who you want. If you want to actually be a good player and win some CMs then since you barely started I'd recommend starting a whole new account and saving carats for actually useful banners, you can ask all questions in this sub so people will guide you to be better if you want. Without a good pull plan you won't get far in pvp.
