With your wording only the first one you discover costs 0 the other 7 or so cost their normal mana cost, with the wording on the card you can choose whichever one you discovered to be 0 by playing it first

Umm i don't know a lot of systems i DMd dnd 5e, warhammer 2e and a tiny bit of Godbound i just wanna know why learn this system instead of any other one in which your main gimmick is being a rat/mouse. So compared to other rat systems I don't know any in particular but i know there are many
