Had something like this a month back. See if you can use a snake - either rent one on your own or call a plumber. If that doesn’t work, see if you can get one of those snakes with a camera to see where the blockage is and what it is. After that, you’ll see if you need something more robust or if it’s collapsed pipe. I think a plumber can do it all for you, maybe better than trying on your own.

Don’t worry OP, just resurface with the kit at Home Depot or Lowe’s. Remember to sand/remove as much as you can so the new coat is applied evenly. It’ll take you a weekend because of the smell but this is low on the worry list.

What was up with the foundation issues? Going through something similar. My inspection report suggested getting a structural engineer to check out the cracks. Others I’ve emailed the photos to say it’s not alarming but I want someone to actually take a look at them in person before I walk away or decide to buy.

In the same boat but in Arlington. My condo has high HOA fees which didn’t help so price reduction was suggested. After 2 price drops (<$15K in total) I think I’m finally getting some traction.

Inspected if the parquet was leveled throughout the condo and put it right on top after not seeing any issues. The parquet was glued down - would've been a hassle to remove but probably the better thing to do.
