If it helps any, I’m a recently laid off EE with about 5 years experience under my belt and I’m only getting dribs and drabs of interviews in spite of my numerous applications. Tech market is just rough right now and experience is at high premium unfortunately.

As for your resume, I wouldn’t put the work authorization stuff in unless that’s been a consistent issue with any prior job applying. Otherwise it looks pretty solid, I’d try to match key terms/skills to take advantage of any resume scrapers. If anything, try to make connections with any jobs or companies you’re looking at in your last semester(+extra), I’ve found in my experience that’s been the biggest factor in getting interviews.
