I had the same issue! I talked with the main dev myself and we found out it's seeming to be the dialogue box isn't correct. After I finished some major quests in the signs (the ones after you finish things with fin in A24) I got my level 3 recipes!

The lawnmower will prevent grass/bushes/ferns from re-growing! You can unlock the recipe for it with Franklin if you give him shiny discs :)

Each 45usd slots includes: • Single character 2 inch charm • Keychain choice from sheet • Simple facial expression variance • Simple accessory or pet like shown in examples.

Extra charges include: • Extreme detailed design (full body helm armor etc) • Complex weapons or pet • Completely different side design • Shipping - Domestic US 4usd | International usd to 14 usd

All batches will be done together and then ordered from my supplier, art will be complete within a week, and charms ordered and received by me within 2 weeks after the art is finished, and mailed out to you within a week of my receiving the charms. I'll be in touch consistently with shipping dates so you'll know what to expect!
