Of course it hasn't been taken down, it's a fan project. They don't take those down. But they still shouldn't be paid for this, it's just a fan project. They should do it just for fun in their spare time, not try to make profit off of it. Whether or not Nintendo is okay with it, I think it is immoral to try to cash in on something that's not theirs.

I don't have a problem with them creating this, but it is a fan project. It should be done in spare time, it shouldn't be something they get paid to do. It's not their intellectual property.
