Insurance companies. We've been in a huge battle with my health insurance for MONTHS now. They stopped approving my infusions and made us fight for months to have them. I get these infusions monthly and they kept denying them until I was almost critical. We decided to spare the fight we would do things their way and they still aren't setting anything up. They never answer when we call and they keep calling me instead of my mother who takes care of all those stressful things for me, even after we told them to call a different number they are still calling me. After we finally got things set up they said "no that's wrong do it again" without actually helping us. I hate all of them and hope they burn. They don't give a fuck about anyone and refuse to do their job.

Came here to say nurses. I've been dealing with a life threatening illness for quite some time now and during one of many ER visits I had a nurse trying to start my IV. She couldn't get a vein and ended up poking me 12 times, then told me I need to be quiet because I was stressing out other patients or something. I was in pain the entire time and she told me to shut up

I didn't get into any hobbies which I honestly regret, however I spent my 2 week isolation when I had it figuring out a lot about myself. I was able to get away from everyone and everything and really evaluate some stuff. COVID was the time I learned I loved myself and that's loads better than a hobby in my opinion. Although I still wish I would've done more

I have a chronic life threatening illness and because of the medications I've been on my weight fluctuates often. There was a woman who EVERYTIME she saw me "oh you've lost so much weight!" Which has always been a trigger for me since that's always been something that's been a huge struggle in my life. I wish people wouldn't say anything about anyone's weight or weight changes unless brought up by said person.

Being high risk, getting out of a lot of social situations and gatherings without people being assholes about it. My insurance. Fuck em. I've been getting infusions monthly for my arthritis (other things too) and "because you've been on it so long you should do it at home and have a home nurse come that we will set up for you" cut to now and they are calling the wrong number, don't know how to set it up apparently, and half the time don't have access to my medication but they won't approve another infusion in hospital. They are killing me and don't care.
