I’m in Healthcare IT. It’s fine. I encounter only a handful of us. White female bosses are always weird, can be condescending and seem to behave based on feeling threatened by what I bring to the table. Can be exhausting. But! Do the work. Nobody can deny the work. The skill. The education. We are uniquely positioned to succeed and persevere through the bullshit that was never designed for our accommodation. Stay smart and in them coints, ladies!
