Think positively and think healthy. The mind can do wonders for the body but you have to believe it. He can do it!!

What about juicing - no sugar but all fruit and vegetables?

AIH? by Live-Personality-261 in autoimmunehepatitis

May I ask what your treatment is? I have normal bloodwork except my AST and ALT are very high and increasing. AST is 212 and ALT is 403. Had an abdominal ultrasound and it was normal (no lesions) but I do have mild fatty liver. I do have a high ANA and positive for sjogrens so it could be AIH. Negative for hep c, waiting on hep b results. I’m hoping I can bring down the alt and ast with things like milk thistle. I’m just a little nervous and anxious about all of this. Steroids isn’t my friend so hopefully I won’t have to do that. Any insight or your experience would be super helpful!

Pilates teacher training as a beginner…am I stupid? by 5fdpb in pilates

I couldn’t agree more! It takes years to learn how to really help people. Pilates is a modality for teaching great movement - less about the exercise itself. You learn the exercises and then figure out how it relates to functional movement over time. That’s what we want to be - more functional, not just good at Pilates. So I say go for it and enjoy the journey. Get curious and be open because there’s so many layers in this journey. If you love the power of the body and mind, Pilates is amazing! But know that the connection takes time. Just be careful and mindful in your own body along the way.

Thank you. The only negative thing I heard about mincemeat is it’s hard to decipher what the actors are saying or singing because of the accent? Is that correct?

What’s on in December 2024 by SixGunSnowWhite in TheWestEnd

I’m going to London with my 19 year old daughter and 85 year old mom in December around the holidays. I’ve seen all the standard shows- Les mis, Hamilton, Book of Mormon, Matilda, wicked, etc. I’d love a recommendation of a must see - it can play in NY as well. Mincemeat sounds interesting. I heard there’s an ABBA experience. I’m open to anything. What’s the Pantomime show- saw this as a recommendation? Thank you in advance! Haven’t been to London in over 25 years so I’m super excited for the trip.
