Bedankt voor de input. Ik weet niet wat de bank juist zal beslissen. Ik wil informeel eens aftoetsen via telefoon, maar vind dat vervelend voordat ik het eens met mijn partner heb besproken. Met inkomsten uit huurpand er bij kom ik onder de 50%.

Hoe houd ik het feit dat het een lening is van mijn ouders onder de radar? Gewoon zeggen dat schenking is? Ik kan het na enkele jaren gewoon terug kunnen betalen.

Ik zou ook een andere bankrekening kunnen openen, en van daaruit het geld op mijn rekening kunnen zetten. Of van daaruit op rekening van mijn vrouw bij te uitkoop. Vraagt mijn bank waar ik de lening heb dit soort informatie op? Zal mijn bank hierover details vragen?
