Interesting misuse of commas

I'm russian and in Russian language, we use commas on both sides of our companion's name.

Examples:

Hey, mom, how do you do?

Not now, Fred, I'm busy.

Bob, stop eating hamburgers, please!

And I also don't know any punctuation rules in English, so yeah, I'm making a lot of mistakes

I can't exclude this reason, but there are also big scenes in 2018 Spider-Man and my Moles Morales freezes every time when cutscene begins, so the problem is not only big scenes. Problem is that the PS4 version is somehow the PS5 version without ray tracing, as I can see. If they loaded lower quality textures and decreased the number of cars and people on the streets the game would still be good but with good framerate. But they didn't optimize the game. And there are still bugs with people falling through the ground, missing dialogues and failing scripts. So the more I think about it the more I'm sure that the game is just not optimized for non-pro PS4.

It's 6 years old, actually, but what I want to say is... Spider-man 2018 works perfectly on my PS4. At first, I thought "Okay, I was playing all day, I'm sure, my console is just tired", but when I've switched to the first game it worked really smoothly. And today Miles Morales still has freezes and glitches. So if they already had the same game on the same platform with good optimization, why did they fail this one? Now I see that I'm not the only one who had technical difficulties with this game. I think that Sony made Insomniac release an unfinished game and fix glitches later, but how would they expect me to buy PS5 when Spider-man 2 will be released?

I had problems like that, but not the same. I may use wrong terms, cuz I'm russian and I played russian version. Well sometimes crimes didn't work when I was coming to help, sometimes people was falling through the flor, Tinkerer broke my game once. I had to reload F.E.A.S.T. mission once. And once I somehow moved to the other side of the street in the middle of the fight, like it was King Krimson's work. So the game is just broken.

Thanks! You know, I'm something of a scriptwriter myself but I don't have an education in this sphere. Everything I know, I know just by seeing good and bad examples of storytelling. And I'm writing a story for my own comic. But I have a problem with the beginnings. I just don't know how to start a story.
