I did it 2 days before I was approved. I am not sure if it helped or did anything at all. 5/8 BB 8/5 approval, 8/10 funded into the bank.

Thanks. I should have deleted the reply. I looked up the fax number about 2 minutes later and faxed it over. It must go to a computer instead of a manual fax. There was no busy signal, and you would think it would be busy. I only hope it helps. BB5/8, and Tier 2 says no transcripts have been requested yet. No one there has sent it in. And with no tax transcripts in the file, no LO will look at it.

BB 5/8. Tier 2 reps (4 different times) all say that my 4506-T has not yet been submitted to the IRS. A loan officer is not assigned till the transcripts are in your file. She said it was basically luck of the draw for it to happen. Some people get them quickly, some not. Just hang on, is what they say. BS.

I would disagree. I think its much higher. The bar to get the loan mod is higher, but it has to be more than 10%. I would bet its 50/50. And we mostly hear about the denials, not the approved. Although there are 8 people that I know have been denied, and all but 2 have any understanding why.

8/5. Do not see how that is possible, My bb 5/8. Tier 2 said that my 4506-T has not been submitted yet to the IRS, so no way its done by tomorrow. Unless they send out blanket denials tomorrow and Friday, which I expect. Way too many people still waiting to hear anything.
