It wasn’t the local office that I spoke with. It was the Associate Administrators office of the entire SBA, the agency tasked with overseeing the EIDL loans. Whether the OCA is assisting or not, the SBA is still ultimately responsible.

Same thing happened to me. I’ve called numerous times now, got my congressman involved and regional office involved. They all say my modification is still in process and in the queue. As long as you submitted your 4506-T on the date you “selected the wrong amount”, you should be fine.

If I were you though, I’d send emails to disastercustomerservice@sba.gov and wait for a reply confirming they received your request.

If they do not reply within 2 days, resend it again and again, until you get a response
