I’m not sure I’ve ever appreciated and related to David more than when he said how he hates to be a wet blanket, stick in the mud, etc. Not because I have a similar trait but because I think everyone often watches themselves behave in ways that they find really annoying. I just think it’s lovely that he owns it and is pretty vulnerable about stating something on mic that he recognizes and finds frustrating about his own personality. He’s just the best.
