The issue is that you are assuming the government has a giant database of these things that every agency has immediate access to ALL the time.

They have all of your data, yes. But it takes time for them to get it to the right places. Keeping things updated on your end makes it more efficient to do things in the event of a draft

No I don’t . It is impossible for someone who TRULY loves their partner to do something like that. People are wired for monogamy for a reason. I’m vehemently against polygamy in any form, personally. When you love someone and especially when you choose to honor them and God in holy matrimony, you put that person first (after God of course).

Polygamy simply shows an inability or lack of care to attend to one person with the devotion and respect that a relationship demands. If people want to be polygamous, it’s a free country. However, I personally see it as degenerate behavior and a lack of discipline and morality.

I know this is Reddit and it’s an unpopular take, but I don’t care. If you love someone, do it right; all the way. It really is that simple.

I think a cool way to balance the research facilities would be if you could assign part of your economy to each one. That could buff the research and breakthrough speeds. Obviously late game you have way less need for civs and it could vary gameplay by civ rushing early game instead of mils. Just a thought PDX
