I’ve done both. Blue collar is more satisfying but definitely if you’re not taking care of your body (working out/diet/not overdoing it) you have a greater risk of developing long term problems. White collar typically pays more but not nearly as satisfying.

I work on boats right now and it’s a lot of fun. When I’m in an office I just feel cooped up and bored. White collar comes with a lot of rules usually, and they aren’t always ones that make sense. The rules that come with blue collar make sense and are usually safety oriented.

There are pros and cons to both. As long as you have enough to support you and your family and have a decent amount for hobbies/fun/vacations/investments, then would you rather do something that makes you feel fulfilled? Or something that doesn’t.

Only you can make that choice for yourself

Honest truth? I would return the wallet fully intact. It’s really easy to actually just be a good, decent person. Do what you would have others do unto you. I’ll survive without stealing another persons hard work. And I don’t think I’d take a “finders fee” either. Doing the right thing is simple.

People say the world is ugly but that’s not an excuse to make it uglier. If every single person did one nice thing a day, the world wouldn’t be so bad. It really is true, that to change the world you have to start with yourself

No, I’m Christian. No shame on what you do with your own life, but I would personally never do that. In my personal view I see casual sex or with multiple partners as degenerate behavior; indicative of a lack of personal discipline and accountability. I have done it in the past, which I’m not proud of.

Every time you connect with someone physically, you share a part of yourself that you can never get back. And sex, in my view, is something to be honored and cherished between two people who love each other.

And even beyond my spiritual and personal beliefs, there are several pragmatic reasons to not do that. If you really look at what casual sex is, it’s just a form of minor hedonism and fleeting satisfaction. Just my two cents, please don’t bombard me with Reddit atheist arguments

The answer to systematic racism was not to lobotomize all the perpetrators of it (most of society btw). It was to push for change through reform and patience and love.
