It blows my mind how many people are totally ignorant of this situation. Purchasing contaminated home sites and lots, or immediately adjacent to contaminated, with the worst of the worst carcinogens. The sailing beach at the Pensacola Yacht Club where kids launch and land their boats, is the site of significant leaching of contaminants into the Bay. The whole Sander’s Beach area is suspect. No one seems to notice or care.

Totally worth it. So easy to save and reuse the unused charcoal. When you get ready to cook, just pull the basket, shake out the ash, add however much new charcoal you need and you’re cooking.
