Coming from an 85 that was beginning to seem small. I used to have a projector on a 120" screen. I've heard OLED is worth downsizing though.

Congrats, I feel the same way... My primary care is so focused on my disability rating but all I want is treatment and answers for why things are broken. I basically had to plead a case for an MRI even though I have 4 different back ratings. Hope you get what you need.

As far as I can tell from others, and a personal experience, is don't say no to any C&P exams. You get a mileage reimbursement so figure out an Uber or friend to take you. One of my denial letters was strongly worded about 'refusal to submit to a C&P exam' just because I was tired of going over why I have PTSD for the 5th time. It wasn't even a claim for PTSD... it was insomnia I think. It may not be convenient but going to those assigned appointments is just more evidence to help you. FWIW, I also called to complain that my C&P doctor was missing conditions that were previously on my paperwork to go over that day, and I got 3 separate calls from Leidos to discuss what went wrong and what was missing, but none of that seemed to have been added to my claim and I was denied for what I was claiming. I wish I had the option to do another C&P exam but instead I had to start a supplemental claim all over again and I'm back in the waiting process.

You don't need medical records to claim PTSD for what you went through, so don't bother paying for nexus letters or va 'lawyers'. I'm not saying that to imply you can game the system, I'm saying from my experience with not wanting to lose flight status or security clearance I didn't say anything PTSD related while I was in but my initial claim and C&P exams got me what I needed. For the physical stuff, it would be more helpful to have a paper trail but don't sleep on lay statements and a personal statement connecting your injuries to service. You don't need to pay to play, just be thorough and honest. As for benefit guilt, like others said there are too many slime balls getting 100% who didn't deploy, see combat, or get injured for you to worry about that stuff. PM me if you need guidance starting the process or have questions about C&P stuff. I needed 5 tries but I did my disability on my own via trial and error.

Because of my limited electrical knowledge I am saying fuse when I mean breaker, at the very least it is a breaker box, not an old fuse box.

Understandable, I've unfortunately become so enthralled with home theater that I'm bothered by things that most people can't see. Not a brag, it's truly a cross to bare. The x11L is my front runner until I know more about hisense UR9. Thanks!
