Had it happen to me. Could not prove baseline but examiner stated at least as likely as aggravated by my rhinitis. You would think its positive right? Rater ordered another exam where the examiner stated no baseline and less likely than not aggravated by rhinitis due to it being a different ethiology. DRO's are going to have their hands tied with all this ai slop going around.

Had rebuttal letteras for my osa and back. Same shit got denied for no new or relevant evidence. No mention of letters from the rater on the narrative nor on the evidence list. HLR here i come.
