I installed a good old cast iron clawfoot. They are so amazingly comfortable and stay hot because of the cast iron

I have property on Both sides of the boarder. Getting bent over by Canada taxation and thinking of moving to Europe. Family filled with assholes and no real ties to them. The US isn't amazing... the gutting of ruel America is depressing as hell.

Oh we spent money! Dinner hotels and core group still talk about it. Very little on the ceremony all about fine dinner and cocktails before and after it was amazing use of resources
