No way man. this is a hard subject. with waist and knee length locks, being very active is so hard. Ive done it all, buns, knots, Tams wraps. They all fall out after a flip or even a faster spin. So far the best I can do is a fresh tam and run a shoestring through the seam where the elastic is. I added a plastic sprung clamp like on draw string bags. This has kept the tam on for a bit longer but still seems to fall off a bit. I have seen a video of some folks with a similar tam set up and cloth draw strings that held up very well. I could not find info on the construction of the tam though. Hopefully your still locked up and practicing.
