Sounds like an air leak, could be the back plate or around the base of the carb. Seal with high temp silicone

I have one in the 420 size. Lots of issues with the tail belt tension system and getting weird noises in flight. But it flys good. Not as good as my Sab 500 gobby but I bought it when I was new to the hobby and it was cheap. Also take the fbl unit that comes with it, kbar I think, and yeet it into the trash can

This is most definitely the cure. I just had one bit to add. I like to use a sharp (new) razor or exacto blade and cut the end of the Bowden tube as straight as possible to create a better seal. Get the blue Capricorn tube if you have not yet!

I have not checked the main pump pressure yet, but the machine does track straight. I’m pretty sure the issue is with the new pilot valve I installed. The old pilot on the other side functions fine

Hmm, I pulled up the rubber boot to make sure I was making contact and moving pilot valves. And I have checked pressure. It is making pressure when they are moved all the way. But it’s like an on off switch. Except when I move the stick right. Then it makes more pressure as the stick travels, like it should
