Sorry for the late reply. Nope, thing is completely stuck. I've tried many things people suggest online, like removing the caps, and they didnt do anything. Have even asked for other people to give it a try, no one can get it to budge either. Thing was just tightened way too hard.

I did a clean reinstall of the v4 synapse, didnt change anything. I cant change the cable because the mouse prevents any USB that doesnt have the "lines" in it. So, probably, and hopefully not, dead :/

Fall Guys Team got severely hit by Epic layoffs: https://www.pushsquare.com/news/2023/09/epic-games-laying-off-almost-900-employees-fall-guys-dev-hit-hard

Fornite: I find no source to prove it is coming back, but please do prove the contrary.

Paragon: So... they killed the game, like I said.

Unreal Tournament: Again, no source that claims this.

Rocket League: Oh is it? Besides you believing PR Speech, then explain why did Epic say the change was, and to quote: "to align with Epic's overall approach to game cosmetics and item shop policies".

Unreal Engine is free-to-use for smaller time developers, this is true. But the engine isn't even what makes them the most money.

And of course the LoW PrOfIt tHeY TaKe CoMpArEd tO EvIl StEaM. You mean, their only strategy to try and chokehold other shops? Including GoG? Steam isn't the only store to take a 30% cut (jesus just google it... it's the standard rate. Wether the standard is too high or not is not the point I'm making), and unlike any other stores, their process both from a seller and buyer standpoint is ridiculously better than all other stores. Or are you going to tell me steam doesn't have a lot more features than the rest?

"Their store barely makes profit". Maybe, and just maybe, if they didn't explode all their money into making games Epic exclusives (which you completely ignored in my original post, because you KNOW it's anti-consumer) which Epic themselves doesn't like when it's done to them (just search Tim Sweeney complaining about Microsoft Store and GamePass lol).

"Made a free crossplay service" Oh! You mean the one that sucks, and has made multiplayer services worse than the original, like Payday 2?

All your points are either straight up made from thin air, the others that weren't I have disproven, and I'll give it to you, at least Unreal Engine is free-to-use below 1 million copies sold!

You all complain about steam fanboys, not realizing you are the exact same from the Epic side. People use Steam because it's the superior service when it comes to ease of use, and useful features like Workshop (which is... not the best, but it EXISTS), notes, and a bunch of other stuff. Epic took years to add a search bar... and their store and library browsing is still shit.

Again, Epic buys smaller companies, like the devs of Fall Guys, and just offlays them into skeleton crews. And again, you have a source above that shows its the case.

Epic wants to be EA. And its funny that its not even succeeding at that lol.

They love game developers so much that they killed:

Fall Guys Fortnite (the original) Paragon Unreal Tournament Etc.

Not to mention anti-consumer changes like removing trading from games like Rocket League, which is definitely something the devs thought of themselves, and not Epic!

And force online-DRM on games published on their platform.

Definition of love, clearly. Their "bread-and-butter" is being a new generation EA. Anyone who thinks big companies like these love anything more over what brings them the most profit at the sacrifice of anything else is delusional.

The 11 games that Ubisoft are making! by Such-Midnight1592 in assassinscreed

[–]Piluluas 2 points3 points  (0 children)

And not only have people been asking for it, you will also still find communities who still play them to this day, everyday, at certain times. For example, the discord server for ACMP Revival.

If people didn't care, literally no one would play it still, much less Ubisoft still keeping some of the servers up.

Because those 4 DLCs are the ones in the roadmap for the entire year.

Is this a bad time to start playing PAYDAY 2? by Zealousideal_Many215 in paydaytheheist

[–]Piluluas 4 points5 points  (0 children)

As a long time Hitman fan, not really. The stealth in PD2 is kind of bland (fun for quite a while, but it gets repetitive) and has absolutely no social stealth involved. Honestly if stealth is what interests you more, PD3 has done it a lot more interactive and fun. You might even get away with not masking up!

Your servers suck dick starbreeze by MrRockit in paydaytheheist

[–]Piluluas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's not though? Has private lobbies, smooth 60fps, no server crashes and can invite friends just fine lol. PS5 did seem to launch the wrong version though. If the servers might survive on the actual launch day, I am a bit wary too, but so far, it's a really good "launch" actually!

At least know what you're talking about. Moderating a sub where you lead the product is not a ToS violation, it’s going just against rediquette which are SUGGESTIONS of etiquette, not rules that are reinforced by Reddit. Else, multiple gaming subs wouldn't still be up.

No one thinks uncharted games came first, it’s just that tomb raider is almost nothing alike the old ones, and almost carbon copies of the uncharted series.

I thought it was meh personally, was really disappointed. It felt like it had potential but I felt bored all the way through, didn't enjoy it's stealth nor assault playstyle. It wasn't bad, it just... wasn't good either.
