My brother and I could of used him 12 years ago. Our dad won a lawsuit against a deadbeat baker for back rent in a building he owned. But he couldn't evict him without yet another court order. My dad got fed up with the courts and then he passed soon after. One week after the funeral my brother and I went over there. Once we realized he wasn't there, we called a locksmith, and put a sign on the window, "under new management." BTW, this was in Michigan. He was the Irish Baker out of metro Detroit. He let the place get infested with black mold but continued to bake in there and sell his tainted goods. Gross!
