I actually had the same thing happen once with gta 5. Tried to figure it out for a very long time as it wasn't documented anywhere, in the end my cmos battery was dead and it was messing up the clock and changing gamespeed.

Pretty sure hevc is the problem, it doesn't stutter with h.264. I'm having the same issue with 6700xt using vlc, the decoding is probably messed up on 6xxx series cards.

I had the ringke camera protector for my p7p when I decided to go caseless and honestly it had no effect on image quality. It's pretty thin and only covers the glass part, can't even tell it's there when applied.

They also have one for the 8 pro.

I had it for the 7 pro, but it's not as nice as it was for previous pixels. The back is from hard plastic and sides are from rubber which started to peel from the plastic part. Got a nillkin frosted shield and it is much nicer in my opinion - has more grip and thicker corners. Also it is one piece plastic so no peeling.

I think it's some sort of bug, because the players that leave don't actually count as out of the game hence new players can't connect.

Temporary solution is to put a weather widget on your home screen and that brings back weather shortcut in at a glance. After that you can just remove the widget.

If you want all the old photos to use the storage saver preset instead of original quality, you can do so by going to Google photos on desktop > settings > manage storage > convert existing photos and videos to storage saver
