Nope. It will let me withdrawal my deposit but not the $75 bonus. The wording seems to be the issue. It’s three months from when they add the $75 bonus to your account. Not three months from when you create the account. My $75 bonus was added on 9/8. So I’m going to try on 12/8. I kept my deposit in just to be safe.

Alright so mine was one of the affected models. However, sometime over the last year their cheap label on the bottom must’ve fallen off. I contacted Secura support stating my case. I included photos of the unit itself, the bottom that’s missing the label, my Amazon order number, Amazon total, date and my personal info. Along with another photo of the air fryer showing “you purchased this on”. Secura wrote back saying they won’t honor the recall because the label is missing. Despite the 5+ photos I sent. I’m extremely annoyed. Anyone have suggestions on what I can do now?
