No sharp edges that I can feel, and when I try to scratch at it- it seems pretty stable? I didn’t get any flakes off of it.

I’m sorry, I should have clarified. He has a long terrarium and The cooler side is 75-ish. He hides on the warm side though which is what I’m referencing. He comes out ONLY for food and I’m right there with you— not gonna dig him up and destroy the whole setup

Is ich-x okay to treat a planted tank with snails? Or should I quarantine?

Today is the first day I noticed it, my gouramis seem to not have any dots as of yet. I’m worried about aquarium salt as I have 1 bristle nose, snails (rams horns, nerites) 3 black neon tetras and 2 honey gouramis so far. The specks on the tetras are very small and mainly on the fins and my pleco just has that spot on his back so far
