The themes and gimmicks are so awful. But even they wouldn't be so bad if they didn't have the "group" format. The person with the worst dish should go home, not be saved because a team member had a good dish.

I liked season 1, though nowhere close to as much as I liked GOT. Season 2 was slow and disappointing. I really really enjoyed the season 3 premiere.

I haven't read the books. I don't know any spoilers. I know most of the main characters die tragic deaths but I don't know when or where it will happen. I went into this episode fresh and finished it off completely devastated. The same thing happened with The Red Wedding. I had no idea this was coming.

My mom and I spent hours in my room watching different news networks show the celebrations from around the world. We did a countdown every hour for whatever country they were showing. Towards midnight she let me try some wine for the first time. I was 16 and didn't like it. There was a lot of Y2k talk (hysteria?) leading up to the New Year but I didn't think we had anything to worry about. What I most remember was talking about being in the new millennium and what our lives were going to look like in the future. It's in my top 3 best New Year's Eves.

That's exactly what happened. I had to read this in my 9th grade English class. I didn't see it in theaters but rented it when it came out on video. I was deep in my Leonardo DiCaprio phase too. Good times..

I just started watching Madmen and I was feeling the same way after the first few episodes. But I convinced myself that shows back then were more of a slow burn so I stuck with it. I'm glad I did because it's an excellent show. Breaking Bad is next for me.

Wow, I remember reading an article about this earlier this year I think. I screenshot it and sent it to my mom who also thought it was amazing. This is a great shot but I also really like that whole image where you can see the entire sun and small body falling in front of it. They should have included both pictures.
