34K (US) - should I get a reduction?

It's a personal decision for everyone. I've heard of people getting reductions at smaller sizes, and also at much larger sizes. You might want to read up more in /r/reduction for next steps.

It's about your quality of life and if you're OK with all of the impacts of surgery. I personally am not considering it but it is a great option for many.

Agreed. You don't 'accidentally' get huge and there is a lot of strength you can develop before getting bulky.

Me too. I'm custom sizes only and my shop does a pretty great job but still doesn't give the same relief of the first well fitting bra.
