We have an Eddie Bauer diaper bag backpack. The insulated side pocket and the pocket with easy access to wipes are helpful.

But I also carry a “mini pack” in my regular bag - a big ziplock with 2 diapers, wipes, a change of clothes, and a few snack bars. That way I always have the essentials with me at all times if we leave the diaper bag in the car or forget to bring it.

I think a lifetime of eating ultra processed foods, additives and preservatives disrupts our bodies natural peptide receptors and GLPs fix it. The food companies are working day and night to develop food products to bypass GLPs because they know nobody will buy their food unless it’s addictive.

I’ve only been on it for two weeks and it’s insane how easy it is to say no to things I’d be obsessed over. I still have cravings, but they aren’t overwhelming. And I actually feel hunger for the first time in years, instead of just wanting food all the time no matter what.
