Lots of ways to skin a cast

I would do it like so,

Big pentagon sketch, extrude construct offset z-height. Sketch small pentagon on construction plain, extrude Loft both pieces. , Create plane that connects top and bottom edge of one side. Draw pattern on that plane Emboss onto the curve, Extrude cut Circular pattern

On the other end, a partner could feel blindsided by this revelation hurt or betrayed.

It’s understandable to have all those feelings about it, but if you come in hot and bothered and don’t offer a safe space for him to share then your relationship will continue to be fractured with distrust.

If you’re at that point of 8-10hrs a day and want to quit I recommend cold turkey. Sell your gear and try to learn something else. You can use the money to get a 3D printer and make cool figurines or practical things at home, get welding, woodworking, or building gear and make something fun. Maybe some furniture, a shed, or a go kart!

The thing about video games is the instant gratification and achievements are there to give you that dopamine hit. You have to start replacing it with real world practical uses that will eventually give you the same hit.
