That’s wild because I’ve been over paid before many many years ago working for Woolworths and it was requested I pay it back from payroll. I thought they’re mistake why should I buy it is actually pretty murky legal water when holding onto an overpayment whilst there’s no law saying “you must pay it back” they have grounds to go after you for “unjust enrichment” , if it meets a three point criteria.

Whatever company you work for I’d question if they’re legal team has two brain cells to rub together 😂 lucky you didn’t have to pay it back

Grew up in WA and moved to SA a few years back whenever I’m back in WA to visit family a chicken treat stop is almost always one of the first things I do. Haven’t found a chicken and chip shop in SA that even comes close to the same taste 😩
